NANTA Releases Timetable For Zonal Elections Nationwide

The National Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies(NANTA) has  confirmed and released the schedule for its zonal elections and National Election to elect new leaders that will steer the affairs of the association in the next two years.

In a statement released by the Electoral Committee Chairman and outgoing  National Treasurer of the Association Dr. Dagunduro Olatokunbo,  the National Council, in conjunction with the Board of Trustees, had approved the following dates for the elections.

According to the timetable, Lagos Zonal Election is scheduled for February 8, 2024 in Ikeja, Lagos, the  Eastern Zone will come up on February 9, 2024.

Northern Zone will come up on February 27, and Abuja Zone will be held on  February 28, while the grand finale will be Western Zone to be held on the 29th of February 29, respectively.

The National Election will be held during the Annual General Meeting of the Association in April 2024 in Lagos.

Dagunduro informed that the association is an organised professional association and he is much hopeful of a peaceful transition of leadership.

He stated further that the primary objective of Susan  Akporiaye led executive of NANTA is to ensure continuity of good works of the past leaders in NANTA.

Dagunduro  confirmed that all preparations are set, and results will be released as soon as each zonal election is concluded.
